Due to the cessation of electricity and gas supplies from Armenia to Artsakh and the diversion of river flows, the Sarsang Reservoir has completely dried up. This is not just the brink of an ecological disaster; this is already a catastrophe. It should be noted that due to the regular interruptions in electricity supplies by the enemy and the removal of electrical transmission lines from Armenia to Artsakh, the electricity supply to Artsakh was being carried out through the hydroelectric power plant operating on the reservoir.
