Employees of the state firm in China have started planning their pregnancies simultaneously, but the management found out about this and organized a meeting during which they urged them to create a schedule and "get pregnant one by one." One of the directors stated that if women take maternity leave at the same time, the company would face a personnel shortage.

After one of the women spoke about this on social media, users expressed their outrage, calling the leaders selfish and unfair.
