New Details on the Case of Pashinyan's Son
The newspaper "Zhoghovurd" reports that the preliminary investigation body has gone to the RA Court of Appeals and seized all surveillance cameras in the court's premises in connection with the incident involving the Prime Minister's son.
Recall that based on the report of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's son, Ashot Pashinyan, the Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case under the article of kidnapping. In the case, the mother of 44-day war hero Zhora Martirosyan, Gayane Hakobyan, has been detained.
According to reports, she has been subjected to pressure from political authorities and has refused to continue her fight against the Prime Minister. This is why she rejected her defenders, while the NGO "Call of the Sons" ceased its sit-in in front of the Government, after which she is expected to be released.
In an interview with "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, Gayane Hakobyan's lawyer, Hovsep Sargsyan, stated that there cannot be any discussion of pressure, including agreements, and that the new defenders involved in the case will address the criminal proceedings in the near future.
