Individuals Facing Difficult Life Situations Can Now Contact '114 - Emergency Response Platform'

Individuals facing difficult life situations (including the elderly, children, persons with disabilities, victims of trafficking or domestic violence, and others) can now report their issues to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs through the '114 - Emergency Response Platform' Facebook page.

Messages directed to the page will allow the ministry to gather problematic cases and forward them to the Unified Social Service. The latter will respond to the issues within its remit or assist in their resolution.

If you have issues regarding individuals in difficult life situations, you can also notify the Unified Social Service via the Call Center at the phone number 114.
