Bonuses to Be Awarded in National Assembly

Following the directive of the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, the staff of the legislative body will receive a bonus amounting to 50% of their monthly official salary.

“In accordance with point 12 of part 2 of Article 5 of the Constitutional Law on the Regulations of the National Assembly, I hereby order: 1. To award the state officials and employees of the National Assembly with a one-time monetary bonus equal to 50% of their monthly official salary, on the occasion of the Republic Day, in accordance with the attached document; 2. The Chief of Staff of the National Assembly, D. Arakelyan, is instructed to ensure the execution of the corresponding payments in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia,” reads the directive signed by the speaker of the National Assembly.

The occasion for this bonus is the day of the founding of the First Republic, celebrated on May 28.
