Chain Reaction Car Accident Near Zvartnots Airport

A chain reaction car accident occurred in Yerevan today, May 24. According to Shamshyan.com, six different vehicles collided, but fortunately, there were no injuries.

At around 07:00 AM, on the Main City Avenue leading to Zvartnots Airport, vehicles involved in the crash included: a Fiat driven by 37-year-old Arsen Sahakyan, an Opel Astra driven by 48-year-old Andranik Rubenyan, an Opel Vectra driven by 38-year-old Suren Varderesyan, a Ford driven by 38-year-old Mher Sarajyan, a Mercedes driven by 31-year-old Gagik Tadevosyan, and a Lada Priora driven by 22-year-old Artyom Harutyunyan.

According to preliminary reports, fortunately, there were no injuries resulting from the accident. It was noted that the drivers underwent sobriety tests at the scene and were found to be sober.
