Artsakh to Experience Complete Power Outage

Starting tomorrow from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the Republic of Artsakh will be completely without power. This was announced by the Artsakh Energy Company (ArachEnergo).

It is noted that emergency restoration works will be conducted during this time.

Recall that since December 12, 2022, a group of Azerbaijanis in civilian clothing has blocked the Stepanakert-Goris highway, which connects Artsakh to Armenia, citing environmental reasons.

On February 22 of this year, the International Court of Justice issued interim measures against Azerbaijan, obliging it to unblock the Lachin corridor. Instead of complying with this decision, Azerbaijan has installed a checkpoint on the Lachin road, taking full control of it.
