Second Powerful Earthquake Strikes Turkey in One Day
A strong earthquake measuring 4.5 on the Richter scale has been recorded in the Adana province of southern Turkey. This marks the second significant tremor of the day, following just 36 minutes after the previous quake, as reported by РИА Новости, referencing the country's disaster management agency (AFAD).
Earlier today, at 19:06 local time (20:06 Yerevan time), an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.7 was registered in the Kahramanmaraş district, located in the southeast of the country.
According to a tweet from the ministry, the underground shocks occurred at 19:42 local time in the Saybeyli region.
