VIDEO: Armed Attack on Car Race Participants in Mexico

An armed attack occurred against participants of a car race in Mexico. Ten people were killed and nine others were injured.

The 'Cachaniliaso' race began the day before in the city of Ensenada. The auto rally was set to finish in San Felipe, but during the course of the race, representatives of a Mexican cartel reportedly intervened. They ambushed the participants, shooting several individuals.

The Attorney General's Office has not released the identities or nationalities of the victims of the attack.
