Pictures: Pashinyan Meets Participants of School Team Cycling Championship with His Wife and Daughter

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, along with his wife Anna Hakobyan and daughter Arpi Pashinyan, met with the participants of the "Cup of the Prime Minister of Armenia" school team cycling championship in the Tavush province, at the site of Lake Parz in Dilijan. The information was provided by the government.

Also present at the meeting were Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan, Deputy Minister Karen Giloyan, and Tavush Regional Governor Hayk Ghaleumyan.

The championship is scheduled to take place on the morning of May 20. The event will feature the best teams from schools across the republic that have been recognized as winners in the regional phases. A total of 12 teams will participate, each consisting of 7 students (5 boys and 2 girls), who will race over a distance of 5000 meters.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister discussed with the participants organizational issues related to the championship, its format, and the results of the preliminary rounds held in various regions, and answered various questions. Participants and their coaches expressed their gratitude to the Prime Minister for such an initiative and added that it has generated substantial interest among schoolchildren.

Nikol Pashinyan wished everyone success and encouraged them to continue engaging in sports, while assuring that the government would invest all efforts to create the necessary conditions in communities.

It should be noted that the Armenian Police announced that on May 20, from 07:00 to 15:00, the road to Lake Parz in the Dilijan community of Tavush will be closed. The "Cup of the Prime Minister of Armenia" school team cycling championship will be held in that area.
