Municipality Reports on Fire Erupted at Nubarashen Landfill

On the morning of May 18, smoking hotspots were observed in the area of the Nubarashen landfill. The municipal authorities were immediately informed of the incident, who then concentrated community water trucks and other technical resources in the landfill area to neutralize the fire.

The process is also being supported by the technical resources of the RA Ministry of Emergency Situations. Through joint efforts, the fire has been localized at this time.

It is worth noting that a fire had erupted today in the area of the “Sovetashen landfill.”
