Finland Freezes Russian Oligarch Rotenberg's Accounts

The Helsinki City Court of Appeal has overturned a lower court's decision and authorized the freezing of a 1.3 million euro account belonging to Russian oligarch Arkady Rotenberg's company. This was reported by the Finnish newspaper "Helsingin Sanomat."
The case involves a transaction for purchasing mineral fertilizers from Dubai through a Finnish company.
