Hiding Bags in Secret Locations Costs $5-6: Agnesa Khmoyan on Drugs
During a press conference at the National Assembly, MP Agnesa Khmoyan from the "Hayastan" faction addressed the issue of drug use. According to the MP, drug addiction is particularly prevalent among young people.
"This stems from the fact that these synthetic drugs are quite affordable for the youth. Yes, young people mainly use these synthetic drugs, specifically methamphetamine. It is their affordability that allows young individuals to try it once, then a second and third time, leading to addiction," she stated.
"I want to inform you that the number of women using drugs has significantly increased. The number of underage users has also risen. There is now a specific scheme in place for the distribution of drugs. In other words, sellers and buyers do not physically meet; those who hide drugs under stones in parks do not meet each other. Incidentally, both women and minors play significant roles in this distribution, as it is actually an easy way to earn money. For instance, hiding a bag in a secret location earns around $5-6. Can you imagine if they hide about 50 bags a day?" she added.
