There is currently no question of leaving the CSTO, says Deputy Foreign Minister

In an interview with reporters at the National Assembly, Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan addressed the issue of Armenia's potential withdrawal from the CSTO.

“A decision has been made to not take that step and to continue our work, because there are questions that will be discussed later during the CSTO summit,” Safaryan stated.

He also mentioned that there will soon be a statement regarding the situation in the South Caucasus. When asked if there is currently an agenda item concerning the withdrawal from the CSTO, the Deputy Foreign Minister replied, “At this moment, that question does not exist.”
