Police Officer Rapes 14-Year-Old Girl in Temporary Detention Facility: St. Petersburg

A 36-year-old senior lieutenant has been accused of raping a 14-year-old girl in a temporary detention center in St. Petersburg, as reported by the SHOT Telegram channel. The senior lieutenant was employed at the Central Military District working with juvenile offenders as an educator.

The girl, named Nastya (name changed), had been at the facility since the end of April. The officer allegedly attempted to "seduce" her for two days before committing the act of rape.

After some time, the lieutenant was detained by his colleagues. He now faces charges under articles related to "Rape," "Lewd Acts," and "Sexual Violence." He could face up to 15 years in prison.
