«I Will Do Everything Possible to Prevent Polarization in Society»: Arthur Tovmasyan

The Speaker of the Artsakh National Assembly, Arthur Tovmasyan, delivered a speech during a rally in Stepanakert, stating that he has familiarized himself with the proposal to appoint Samvel Babayan as Prime Minister.

“I will do everything possible to prevent polarization in society,” Tovmasyan assured. He also confirmed that he would suggest to Artsakh President Araik Harutyunyan to initiate political consultations in the country.

It is worth recalling that participants of the rally in Stepanakert demand the appointment of the former Commander of the Defense Army, Samvel Babayan, as Prime Minister.
