«We are Forced to Take Independent Steps» – Tigran Petrosyan
Amid the violations of the November 9 tripartite agreements, the leader of Armenia must demand the implementation of the document's points, rather than attempt to sign a new agreement with the same violator. This was stated by Tigran Petrosyan, head of the Anti-Crisis Council attached to the President of Artsakh, on his Facebook page.
“The absurdity of all this is compounded by the situation at the Armenian border. I do not want to comment, but we are already forced to take independent steps to get out of this situation. In this regard, we recently met again with the command of the Russian peacekeepers to discuss the current situation. Lentsov, for his part, confirmed that he is not authorized to discuss political issues and it would be more appropriate to address such questions in a different context.
In this regard, the Anti-Crisis Council is taking steps to organize a meeting with representatives of Russian state bodies and the political sphere to discuss and find solutions to get out of this crisis. Artsakh must transition from a political object to a political subject,” he wrote.
