Erdogan: 52.1%, Kilicdaroglu: 41.9%. Turkey’s CEC

According to the latest data presented by Turkey's Supreme Election Council, after processing 50% of the ballot box data, the following picture emerges: Erdogan stands at 52.1% and Kilicdaroglu at 41.9%.

It is worth recalling that on May 14, presidential and parliamentary elections were held in Turkey. Voting concluded at 5:00 PM local time. In the contest for the presidency, two candidates were effectively competing: the incumbent president Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the candidate from the People's Alliance, Kemal Kilicdaroglu.

Erdogan has been the president of Turkey since 2014. Prior to that, he served as the country's prime minister for over a decade.
