Tesla to Recall 1.1 Million Electric Cars from China Due to Brake Failure
The American company Tesla has announced a recall affecting nearly all of its electric cars sold in China, totaling approximately 1.1 million vehicles. The reason for the recall is a defect in the braking and acceleration systems that could lead to accidents, according to Bloomberg.
The recall involves the Model S, Model X, Model 3, and Model Y vehicles.
Tesla will begin the recall process on May 29, 2023, offering free replacements or repairs for the faulty components.
