They are firing at positions, not the village: Sotk resident

The Azerbaijani side is firing towards military positions, not the village of Sotk. This was stated by one of the villagers in an interview with Sputnik Armenia.

“In the morning, we heard shots directed towards the positions, but they did not fire at the village,” he said.

According to the media source's interlocutor, there is no panic in the village.

As of 08:45, there has been no change in the situation in the direction of Sotk. Azerbaijani Armed Forces units continue to fire towards Armenian positions.

The Armed Forces of Armenia are taking appropriate defensive and preventive measures.
