Azerbaijani Armed Forces Open Fire Towards Armenian Positions in Sotk Area: Two Injured on Armenian Side, Ministry of Defense

As of 07:50, Azerbaijani military units continue to fire artillery and mortar rounds towards Armenian positions located in the Sotk area. The Armenian Armed Forces are taking appropriate defensive and preventive measures.

The Ministry of Defense will issue additional statements on the matter.

Earlier, as of 07:00, the Armenian side reported two injured personnel. The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense's statement alleging that the Armenian Armed Forces opened fire on Azerbaijani positions the evening of May 10, resulting in injuries to an Azerbaijani serviceman, does not correspond to reality.
