Putin Helped Pashinyan Disinfect His Hands with 'Alcohol'

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan attended events dedicated to the 78th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War on May 9. Among the circulating photos covering the events is one showing Russian President Vladimir Putin offering hand sanitizer to Pashinyan at the table.

In response to Putin's offer, Pashinyan extended his hand, taking advantage of the opportunity, which is evident in the accompanying photo.

Earlier, it was reported that on Victory Day, May 9, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin had an informal breakfast at the Kremlin with Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and leaders of other CIS member states.
