We Will Discuss the Negotiation Processes of the Ukrainian Conflict by the End of the Year, Says Henry Kissinger
Former U.S. Secretary of State Henry Kissinger believes that the negotiation process for resolving the Ukrainian conflict will begin before the end of 2023. He suggests that China's initiative plays a significant role in this development. He made these remarks in an interview with CBS ahead of his 100th birthday.
“Now that China has entered the negotiations, everything will fall into place. I think by the end of the year we will be discussing the negotiation processes and even the actual negotiations,” Kissinger stated.
The political figure also responded to the question of whether he would go to Moscow to negotiate with Vladimir Putin if asked by the U.S. President. He indicated that he would be “inclined” to do so and could serve as an advisor to the president.
