Car Crashes into Streetlight Pole: Injuries Reported
On May 6, at 10:00 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting a traffic accident near the buildings 9 and 11 on Freedom Avenue in Yerevan. It was reported that a car collided with an exterior lighting pole and there were injuries.
A firefighting unit from the Emergency Situations Ministry in Yerevan was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a "Lada" vehicle (driver N. G., born in 2000) had crashed into the lighting pole near building 11 on Freedom Avenue.
Rescuers disconnected the vehicle from power, cordoned off the area, and assisted passenger A. D. (born in 2000) by bringing them to an ambulance. Passengers A. D. (born in 2000), A. M. (born in 1998), and A. D. (born in 1999) were hospitalized at the "Hercules" Hospital Complex, while K. A. (born in 1997) and the driver received appropriate medical assistance from the ambulance staff on-site.
