Body of Woman Discovered at Avan Mental Health Center

A 32-year-old woman's body has been discovered at the Avan Mental Health Center in Yerevan. The information was reported by shamshyan.com.

It is noted that the incident occurred on May 6, with a call received by the police around 15:20. The police and investigators have established that the woman, identified as T. Ts. from Kotayk Province, was undergoing inpatient treatment at the center since May 4 and had died around 14:50 on that day.

A criminal case has been initiated on suspicion of homicide by the investigative department regarding the incident. Following the investigator's decision, a forensic examination of the body has been scheduled. The preliminary conclusion from the forensic expert indicates that no signs of violence were detected on the body during the external examination.
