15-Year-Old Boy Steals Teacher's Expensive Phone in Gulkasavan
On May 4, a citizen contacted the operational management center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, reporting that his mobile phone had been stolen in the village of Gulkasavan.
Investigators from the Masis police department determined that around 14:40, a mobile phone model "iPhone 13 Pro Max" belonging to a drawing teacher was stolen from the administrative building on Aram Street in the Gulkasavan community, causing approximately 700,000 AMD in material damage.
As a result of the measures taken by Masis criminal investigators, the identity of the perpetrator was promptly established. Based on immediate and reasonable suspicion, a 15-year-old boy from the same village was arrested in Darakert on May 4. Following explanatory work, he confessed to the act, and during a personal search, the stolen phone was found in his jacket pocket.
The relevant documents, the phone, and the 15-year-old boy have been submitted to the Masis Investigative Division.
