Azerbaijanis Have Again Fired at Peaceful Residents
On May 5, at 10:55 AM, a report was received by the Askeran regional police department indicating that in the administrative area of Vardadzor village, while A. Vahanyan was carrying out agricultural work with a tractor, he came under fire from Azerbaijani military positions. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Artsakh.
The officers who arrived at the scene confirmed that A. Vahanyan (born 1971) was using a 'КТЗ-90' brand crawler tractor in his pomegranate orchard, located in the administrative area of Vardadzor village in the Askeran region. He was fired upon with small arms of various calibers from adjacent Azerbaijani military positions, causing agricultural work to cease. The incident has been reported to the Russian peacekeeping forces.
