VIDEO: Drones Strike Oil and Oil Refinery Facilities in Russia

Ukrainian drones have targeted the Novoshakhtinsk oil plant near the village of Kiseleva in the Rostov region and the oil refinery in the village of Ilysk in the Krasnodar region.

Witnesses reported hearing explosions before the fires broke out. Local authorities state that no one has been injured.
