VIDEO: Brawl in Ankara Between Russian and Ukrainian Delegations

A brawl broke out in Ankara between Russian and Ukrainian delegations after the Russian side attempted to remove the Ukrainian flag.

Earlier, it was reported that members of Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada tried to disrupt the speech of the Russian delegation at the summit of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Parliamentary Assembly (BSEC PA).

"During the speech of the Russian delegation, the Ukrainian delegation attempted to disrupt it. What the Ukrainians did resembled a circus," TASS quoted his words.

In December, it was reported that Russia decided to halt payments to the BSEC PA due to Kyiv's attacks.
