I Don't Believe We Will See the Time When Russia Will Collapse, Says Aliyev

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated during the fourth international conference in Shushi on the topic of "The Geopolitics of Greater Eurasia: From the Past to the Present" that Azerbaijan supports the territorial integrity of Russia and all countries.

"I don't believe we will see the time when, as you mentioned, Russia collapses. We do not predict such a scenario for Russia. We support the territorial integrity of Russia and all countries. And I believe that the collapse of any country, especially your neighbor, can indeed pose a potential threat to you," said Aliyev.

He also highlighted that the relations between Azerbaijan and the Republics of the North Caucasus have always been an important factor in the relationship between Azerbaijan and Russia, adding, "Both Moscow and Baku are well aware of this. And during numerous high-level meetings, we always emphasize the importance of stability and peace in the North and South Caucasus, particularly in Azerbaijan. Yes, we are divided by administrative and state borders in the Caucasus, but the Caucasus is a unified organism that cannot be divided into parts."
