Zakhrova on Armenian-Azerbaijani Negotiations in Washington

Maria Zakhrova, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, has addressed the ongoing Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations in Washington:

“They are being conducted without Russia, and it is necessary to inquire about them; perhaps in the end, we will be able to form a certain impression, which will give us the right to comment. We continue to advocate for the implementation of the trilateral declarations of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia. We have already announced that the foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan will meet in Moscow, and we will provide details later,” Zakhrova stated.
