Ruben Rubinyan Has Gone to the US on My Political Decision, Says Pashinyan

Ruben Rubinyan has gone to Washington on my political decision. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan today in the National Assembly, responding to the question of Gegham Manukyan, a member of the 'Armenia' faction of the National Assembly.

'Hakob Arshakyan said yesterday that Ruben Rubinyan went on the decision of Alen Simonyan. Ultimately, on whose decision did Ruben Rubinyan go to Washington?' the opposition member asked, to which Pashinyan replied, 'Ruben Rubinyan went on my political decision. I do not have details on how the decision was formally phrased.'

In response, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Hakob Arshakyan noted that the decision for Rubinyan to participate in the negotiations was made by NA President Alen Simonyan.
