Those Writing About Losing Artsakh Are Beyond the Checkpoint: David Ghahramanyan
“I am amazed when I see the posts of our compatriots in the Facebook realm about the definitive loss of Artsakh.” This was stated by David Ghahramanyan, a photographer from the Artsakh Information Headquarters, on his Facebook page, along with a photo taken at a wedding that took place in Artsakh the day before.
“Unfortunately, such posts are mostly made by those who are currently beyond the temporary checkpoint established by Azerbaijan. Before making such posts, remember that 120,000 people live here who, after recognizing all the difficulties since November 9, 2020, have decided to return and nurture Artsakh. Words and desires hold great power, so wouldn’t it be better if your posts, your statements, were about retaining Artsakh by all possible means, while in your hearts, the thought of returning after dismantling the checkpoint would prevail?” he wrote.
