VIDEO: 'Tyrant Gendarme'. Protest Near Polish Embassy in Moscow

A protest was held near the Polish Embassy in Moscow against the takeover of a school in Warsaw associated with the Russian Embassy. Activists gathered near the Polish diplomatic mission, chanting slogans such as 'stop hitting children', 'Poland is a tyrant gendarme', and 'Warsaw, keep your hands off the Russian school'.

On April 29, representatives from the Warsaw City Hall, accompanied by law enforcement, raided the territory of the Russian Embassy's school. Staff from the diplomatic mission and the school refused to voluntarily open the gates, which led the Polish authorities to start breaking down the doors.

Later, the Russian Foreign Ministry promised a strong response to the incident, deeming it a gross violation of the 1961 Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
