Video: Missile Hits Nine-Story Residential Building in Uman, Casualties Reported

A missile struck a nine-story residential building in the city of Uman, Cherkasy region of Ukraine, resulting in the deaths of seven people, according to reports from the regional administration.

Another nine individuals have been hospitalized. It has been reported that the entrance to the building has collapsed. Rescue teams are currently dismantling the rubble in Uman.

Air raids have been declared in some regions of Ukraine. The presidential office has urged citizens not to ignore the alarms and to seek shelter.

A three-day mourning period has been declared in Uman in memory of those who lost their lives in the missile strike. The city council also announced the indefinite cancellation of all recreational events.
