The National Security Service Gets a New Head
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision on April 28, stating: “In accordance with the second part of Article 15.1 of the Law on Ensuring the Security of Persons under Special State Protection, appoint Sargis Hovhannisyan as the Head of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia.”
