Enemy Opens Fire on Civilian Working with Tractor in Nakhijevanik
On April 28 at 12:15 PM, a report was received at the Askeran regional police department from the head of the Nakhijevanik community, Sevak Petrosyan, indicating that during agricultural work in the administrative territory of the village, shots were fired at a civilian from enemy combat positions using firearms of various calibers.
The area inspector who arrived at the scene found that at approximately 11:05 AM on the same day, resident Arthur Ramazyan of Askeran city was working in a pomegranate garden with a 'Belarus 82' tractor when gunfire was directed at the tractor from nearby Azerbaijani combat positions. The civilian halted agricultural work due to the shooting. The report has been forwarded to the Russian peacekeeping forces.
