Erdogan's Main Opponent Kilicdaroglu Shows 'Gray Wolves' Salute
On April 26, Kemal Kilicdaroglu, the leader of Turkey's main opposition Kemalist Republican People's Party (CHP) and the unified candidate of the opposition 'Nation' Alliance, visited Eskişehir in northwestern Turkey with the mayor of Ankara, Mansur Yavaş. This was reported by Ermenihaber.am.
According to Turkish sources, various incidents were recorded during the visit. One particular video has become a major topic of discussion in the media. In the footage, the presidential opposition candidate, while on a campaign bus, is seen responding to a man on the street by making the 'Gray Wolves' salute gesture.
It is noteworthy that Kilicdaroglu had made a similar gesture in 2017 during a protest march against the arrest of CHP vice president Kadri Enis Berberoğlu, which was taking place at that time.
