Armenia to Provide Interest-Free Loan to Artsakh
Armenia will provide an interest-free loan of 3.5 billion drams to Artsakh. The draft decision is included in the agenda of today's Government meeting.
The loan aims to provide additional financing to alleviate social tensions in the region following the post-war period. The funds will be allocated at an interest rate of 0.01 percent.
