Turkey Achieves Its 60-Year Dream Realization

On April 27, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will participate in the nuclear fuel supply ceremony for the Akkuyu nuclear power plant (NPP) being constructed in Mersin with the support of Russia. This is reported by Ermenihaber.am.

The NPP is expected to produce 35 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, which will meet 10 percent of Turkey's domestic demand. It is also noted that Turkey has been waiting for this moment for about 60 years. As stated in the publication, “The 60-year dream is becoming a reality.”
