Tigran Abrahamyan: The Hakari Bridge Ensured the Transportation of Humanitarian Cargo from Armenia to Artsakh

RIghts of Armenia's National Assembly 'I Have Honor' faction secretary Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on his Facebook page:

 ‘Azerbaijan has carried out another major action by closing the Hakari Bridge that connects Armenia to Artsakh. Under siege conditions, this road was ensuring the transportation of humanitarian cargo from Armenia to Artsakh, which was carried out by Russian peacekeepers and the Red Cross forces stationed in Artsakh.

 Azerbaijan artificially exploited the circumstance of three of its servicemen detonating on a mine, which it presented yesterday as 'a terrorist act carried out by Armenia.' In the silence of the international community and the criminal inaction of the Armenian authorities, Azerbaijan continues its criminal policy to deepen the crisis,’ he noted.
