VIDEO: "It is shamelessness that known corrupt individuals reproach us and you," Vigen Khachatryan

During a meeting of the permanent commission on legal affairs of the National Assembly, Deputy Vigen Khachatryan from the Civil Contract faction stated that society has high expectations following Anna Vardapetyan's appointment.

Khachatryan spoke about former officials who are wanted in criminal cases, questioning whether there is hope that they will stand before justice.

“Shamelessness has reached the point where known corrupt individuals are reproaching us and you, saying, ‘if there was corruption, why is there not a single corrupt individual in prison?’”
