The Statement Adopted by the Artsakh Parliament has been Filmed and Distributed

Earlier today, the Artsakh parliament adopted a statement in response to the declarations made by Nikol Pashinyan and Ilham Aliyev yesterday. The Artsakh Parliament reaffirms the statement made in April of last year and once again urges the Armenian authorities not to deviate from the 1992 National Assembly decision. This is reported by the "Hayrapet" newspaper.

"The statement has not yet been published and we have obtained it from parliamentary sources," the media outlet writes.
