Papikyan Meets with the Ambassador of India

On April 19, Defense Minister Suren Papikyan hosted the newly appointed Ambassador of India to Armenia, Nilakshi Saha Sinha.

The Minister congratulated the Ambassador on the commencement of her mission in Armenia and wished her productive work.

During the meeting, a number of issues related to cooperation in the field of defense were discussed. Suren Papikyan highly appreciated the current level of Armenia-India cooperation, noting that bilateral collaboration has entered a new phase of development.

The Ambassador expressed the Indian side's readiness to enhance cooperation.

The interlocutors also discussed several matters related to regional security.
