Aliyev on Burning the Azerbaijani Flag in Armenia

The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has stated that one day Armenians may see the Azerbaijani flag above them. This information was conveyed by Azerbaijani media.

“By burning the flag, they only showcased their ugly traits to the whole world. I want to reiterate that behind this incident stands the Armenian state, the authorities of Armenia, and the anti-Azerbaijani campaign conducted there for many years, as well as Azerbaijanophobia. This is not an ordinary incident; one day they may open their eyes and see the Azerbaijani flag above them,” said the Azerbaijani autocrat.

It is worth noting that during the opening ceremony of the European Weightlifting Championship, designer and stylist Aram Nikoyan unexpectedly rushed onto the stage, snatched the Azerbaijani flag from the hand of a flagbearer, and burned it.
