Criminal Case Initiated After Gunfire at Residents in Artsakh

The Artsakh Republic's Investigative Committee has accepted a case regarding an incident that occurred on March 26, 2023, around 11:05 AM. The case involves gunfire directed at two residents of the village of Taghavard in the Martuni region, who were engaged in agricultural activities in an area referred to as 'Shekher's Face.' The shots were reportedly fired from Azerbaijani military positions with the intent to unlawfully deprive them of life due to national hatred.

The case has been initiated under Article 33, Part 2, Clause 14 of the Criminal Code of the Artsakh Republic. According to the Investigative Committee of Artsakh, the investigation is ongoing.
