“This is another evidence of Azerbaijani atrocities against Armenians. One of the Azerbaijani neo-Nazi waves has published a photo of an Azerbaijani serviceman holding a severed finger and an ear. It is claimed that these are body parts of an Armenian sniper killed during Azerbaijan's aggression against Armenia on September 22.” As noted by expert on Azerbaijani affairs Taron Hovhannisyan on Twitter, this photo is yet another proof of Azerbaijan's military crimes.
