Second Azerbaijani Held Phone of Guard Killed Yesterday: Naira Zohrabyan

Moments ago, residents of Kapan apprehended an Azerbaijani in the city. Naira Zohrabyan wrote on her Facebook page, “Last evening, in the territory of the Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine, guard Hayrapet Meliksetyan was shot dead, and according to certain information, the perpetrator was one of the Azerbaijanis who had also invaded Sisian and had not yet been caught.”

“Reportedly, he was in possession of Hayrapet Meliksetyan’s phone. Kapan residents have handed over the Azerbaijani to the law enforcement authorities. The era of peace is continuing to unfold. THE FUTURE IS OURS,” Zohrabyan wrote.

Recall that the Ministry of Defense of Armenia announced that on April 13, a second Azerbaijani serviceman was discovered and arrested on Armenian territory.
