Peskov Explains Why Putin Does Not Need a Telegram Channel
Russian President Vladimir Putin does not need to run social media pages because everyone already listens to his words, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, according to TASS.
“Unlike you and me, he is a person whose every move is interpreted by the whole world. Even if he is standing in the corridor, speaking in a whisper, everyone hears it. Why would he need a Telegram channel?” the spokesperson added.
