The head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Stepanakert City Police, Erik Petrosyan, reported that a resident of Stepanakert filed a complaint regarding an unknown individual providing a fake refueling voucher at the "Flash Plus" gas station.
Investigations revealed that a 41-year-old individual, A. P., prepared a forged fuel release voucher at his home on March 29, and on March 30 around 12:30 PM, attempted to purchase gasoline using the fraudulent voucher at the "Flash Plus" gas station located at 6 A. Mkrtchyan street. A similar report was received from another citizen, stating that on March 30, an unknown person also provided a fake refueling voucher at the same gas station.
During inspections conducted by the Criminal Investigation Department officers of the Stepanakert City Police, it was found that a 21-year-old resident, V. A., had copied a total of 40 fake fuel release vouchers at the "Chancellor" store between March 21 and 29, subsequently buying gasoline from the "Flash Plus" gas station at 6 A. Mkrtchyan street. On April 12 at 9:00 PM, the senior operator of "Flash Plus" LLC contacted the police's duty division, reporting that an unknown person had provided a fake refueling voucher at the gas station.
Officers from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Stepanakert City Police, in collaboration with the police's criminal investigation unit, further uncovered that on April 3, a resident of Stepanakert, A. He then used these counterfeit vouchers to buy 30 liters of gasoline from the specified gas station. The Stepanakert City Police is handling the investigation of all these cases.
